There are a lot of things to think about for your health when you are pregnant. Might your weight lead you towards gestational diabetes? Will any drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes you had before you knew you were pregnant affect your baby? Should you exercise? What about vaccinations? Can you drink caffeine? What are pre-eclampsia and hypertension? Know the basics and none of these things need cause anxiety.
